Mars Hava Deniz Kargo, uzun zamandır başarıyla gerçekleştirdiği bozulabilir kargo taşımacılığı hizmetiyle taşınması istenen hassas ürünleri müşterilerinin özel taleplerine göre doğru planlama yaparak istenilen destinasyonlara ulaştırıyor.

Mars Hava Deniz Kargo CEO’su Selmin Kahraman, havayolu ve denizyolu ile tüm dünyaya ulaştıklarını belirterek, şu ifadeleri kullandı: “Kurulduğumuz günden bu yana, taşınması istenen ürünleri doğru iş birlikleri kurarak ve müşterilerimizin özel taleplerine göre doğru planlama yaparak taşıyoruz. Perishable yani bozulabilir kargo taşımacılığı , özel ekipman kullanılarak gerçekleştirilen ve taşıma esnasında birçok kriterin dikkate alınması ile organizasyonu sağlanan bir lojistik operasyonlar zinciridir. Türkiye’den en çok Uzakdoğu’ya, Ortadoğu’ya, Rusya’ya ve Avrupa’ya bozulabilir kargo taşımacılığı yapılıyor. Ürün gamı olarak baktığınızda en fazla kiraz, incir, narenciye, domates ve balık gidiyor.”
“Bozulabilir ürünlerde en önemli nokta soğuk zincirin kırılmaması”
Lojistik sektöründe en önemli kriterin güven olduğunu belirten Kahraman, müşterilerinin Mars’a güvendiklerini ve kendilerinin de bu güveni pekiştirmek adına özenle çalıştıklarını ifade etti. Kahraman, bozulabilir ürünlerin taşınmasında en önemli noktanın ürünlerin sevkiyat, depolama ve tüketim aşamasına kadar olan süreçte uygun ısıda saklanması ile soğuk zincirin kırılmaması olduğunu belirterek şunları söyledi: “Bozulabilir ürünlerde en önemli nokta soğuk zincirin kırılmaması. Ürünün varış noktasına kadar doğru ısıda taşınması ürünün kalitesinin bozulmaması açısından en önemli kriter. Bu da taşınan ürünlerin değerini ve dolayısıyla bizimle ihracat ve ithalatta çalışan müşterilerimizin işlerini etkiliyor.”
Kahraman, “Denizyolu taşımacılığında, özenle toplanan ve müşterilerin depolarında ön soğutma işlemi gerçekleştirilen ürünleri, müşterilerimizin depolarından teslim alıyoruz ve Reefer konteynerlere yüklüyoruz. Ürünün taze kalması için gerekli olan ısıyı sağlayarak, konteynerleri ‘genset’ ekipmanlı karayolu ara nakliye araçları ile limandaki elektrik üniteli noktalara götürüyoruz. Sonrasında ise, konteynerler, kalkış saatine yakın bir zamanda gemilere yükleniyor” dedi. Bozulabilir ürünlerin havayolu taşıması sürecini ise “Havayolu taşımacılığında ise, paketlenen ürünler, uçak saatine yakın zamanda havalimanına getirilerek bize teslim ediliyor. Ürünleri teslim aldığımız anda gerekli işlemleri hızlı bir şekilde yaparak ürünlerin soğuk hava depolarına alınmasını sağlıyoruz. Daha sonra, uçaklara sevkini gerçekleştiriyoruz ve aynı ısı derecesini devam ettirerek ürünleri varış noktasına ulaştırıyoruz.” şeklinde anlattı.
Hem denizyolu taşımacılığında hem havayolu taşımacılığında önemli noktalardan birinin takip sistemi olduğunu belirten Kahraman, müşterinin ürünün yolculuğunun her adımından haberdar olduğunu belirterek, “Müşterilerimiz bizden ayrıntılı olarak bilgi alabiliyor. Özel ekipmanlarla taşınan ürünlerin dokümantasyonu da farklı oluyor. Yolculuk sırasında ve bitiminde müşteriyi bilgilendiriyoruz ve alıcının bir an önce ürünleri alabilmesini sağlıyoruz. Bu şekilde kalitesi yüksek ürünler, kalitesinden kayıp vermeden alıcıya ulaşıyor ve bozulabilir ürünlerin taşınması sırasında etkilenme ihtimali olan raf ömrü süresinin kısalmasını engelliyoruz.” dedi.

Our aim is to deliver our customer's product safely to the desired destination, with the desired way of transport. Perishable cargo transportation is a chain of logistics operations carried out using special equipment and organized by taking into account many criteria during transportation. Perishable cargo is transported mostly from Turkey to the Far East, the Middle East, Russia and Europe. Ms. Kahraman stated that the most important criterion in the logistics sector is trust and also stated that their customers trust Mars and they are working diligently to reinforce this trust. She stated that the most important point in the transportation of perishable products is to keep the products at the appropriate temperature in the process until the shipment, storage and consumption stage and not to break the cold chain, and said: “The most important point in perishable products is not to break the cold chain. Transporting the product at the appropriate temperature to its destination is the most important criterion in terms of maintaining the quality of the product. This affects the value of the transported goods and therefore the business of our customers working with us in export and import.”
Kahraman said, “In seaway transportation, we take the products that are carefully collected and pre-cooled in the warehouses of our customers and load them into Reefer containers. By providing the heat necessary for the product to stay fresh, we transport the containers to the points with electrical units in the port by land transport vehicles with 'genset' equipment. Afterwards, the containers are loaded onto the ships close to the departure time.” She explained the process of airway transport of perishable products: “In airway transport, the packaged products are brought to the airport close to the flight time and delivered to us. As soon as we receive the products, we carry out the necessary operations quickly and ensure that the products are taken to cold storage. Then, we deliver the products to the destination by maintaining the same temperature.”
She stated that one of the important points in both sea and airway transport is the tracking system and the customer is aware of every step of the journey of the product and said, “Our customers can get detailed information from us. Documentation of products transported with special equipment is also different. We inform the customer during and at the end of the journey and ensure that the buyer can receive the products as soon as possible. In this way, high-quality products reach the buyer without losing their quality, and we prevent the shortening of the shelf life, which may be affected during the transportation of perishable products.”
